The Observ system features a patented Face Positioning System (FPS) displaying live visual alignment overlays. Direct the patient to align the screen indicators until they form a solid horizontal line. If the line shifts upward, have the patient tilt their forehead forward; if downward, tilt slightly back. Precise positioning guarantees identical optical perspective across treatment evaluations.
Detach the rubber eye surround prior to cleaning. Wash the optical visor using lukewarm water and mild non-abrasive liquid detergent, then rinse thoroughly with purified water. Allow the rubber piece to dry completely before reattaching. Never use alcohol-based solutions, acetone, or abrasive solvents on polarizers.
The chinrest and forehead supports should be disinfected between client consultations using medical-grade disinfectant wipes containing maximum 70% isopropyl alcohol. Do not submerge components in liquid or use aggressive chemical cleaning agents on internal optical sensors.
If you encounter unusual optical noise, illumination irregularities, or communication errors, power off the unit and contact your official regional distributor. Do not attempt to open the optical unit enclosure, as this voids warranty protection and disrupts calibrated light polarization filters.
Our international clinical consultation team and factory engineering experts are ready to support your facility’s diagnostic requirements.
